TWO MS is led by our technical director Michel Sarkis with over 30-years-experience in Building Services, excellence in design innovation, problem solving and support. A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, MIEAust) in Mechanical Services and Building Services (CBSEng), Registered Professional Engineer (NPER and RPEQ), an Accredited Assessor for NABERS, Accredited Assessor for the CBD, Qualified Section J Assessor and Senior Building Energy consultant, C9 and C11 Accredited Certifier, AIRAH accredited ARPEng and DBP Registered Design Practitioner, Queensland Registered Professional Engineer and Victoria Registered Professional Engineer.

Michel is at the forefront of all pertinent current and emerging matters and is hands-on for every project. This means the highest qualified, experienced and competent person is working with you directly to optimize the building services and maximise the value of your asset.
